Chrome - Operation timed out when trying "Get Table Items"

​I'm having issues with BP throwing an exception when I'm trying "Get Table Items" - Operation timed out.
Highlighting works and "Get Text" works too.

The table isn't that large either, it consists of two rows and seven columns.

Any advice?

Hello Everyone,

I have been facing issues in Spying the Table in UIA Mode and Browser Mode from Chrome . My Table has only 2 Columns and 4 Rows in that 2 are empty rows in between. When I try to Spy the Table in UIA Mode , it takes it as List(UIA) Element and not as a Table . When I try to Spy it in Browser mode , it spies only one column of the Table and not the entire table . Now when I try to read the table using List(UIA) from App Modeler , as a collection and Data as "Get All Items" the collection shows no data on it whereas It is empty  . Could someone help me on this please?

Note : Tried "Get Row" data as well still no luck ..
