Copy Paste - Clipboard Error

Hello Team, 

i'm getting this error while running a process from control room using ms excel copy and paste values action , while this actions works fine in studio.

"Error: Exception: failed to copy worksheet: requested clipboard operation did not succeed

are you using MS Excel VBO ? and getting error in which action ?

@naveed_raza thanks for your contribution, yes i'm using ms excel VBO and the action is copy and paste values only, the action is supposed to copy a value from formula driven cell to another cell , it works fine in studio but throws that error in control room.

We'd need some more details in order for others to provide suggestions here. This type of error can occur if you're trying to copy and paste a very large amount of data or if there's certain types of data in the clipboard being copy/pasted -- you state you're copying an Excel formula; what is the exact data being copied and failing in this scenario?

Are you using the most up-to-date version of the BPE MS Excel VBO, one of the extended versions on the DX, or a customized/custom-created Excel VBO in this scenario? Please provide the specific link from the DX of the version of the Excel VBO you're using so we could narrow down the scope here.

Also, does performing this copy/paste action of this specific data work correctly outside of Blue Prism (i.e. when performed manually)?
