Control Room Time mismatch issue - v7.4.0

Hi all.

We have recently upgraded from v6.10.5 (on-prem) to v7.4.0 (on-prem) which has, on the whole, gone very smoothly indeed. However, we're encountering a weird issue with time that we hadn't encountered before, and so are wondering if there is any advice on what may be causing this and on any potential resolution. The screenshot below shows the issue - the system time is shown, but every process that is running states that its start/end time is one hour later than the system time:

The App server matches my system clock. I don't have access to the SQL server, but as far as I'm aware, that is also coordinated on the same on-prem server. What could be causing this, and how could we potentially resolve this?

Thanks for this. It looks as if my VM has no offset, but appreciate that it might be controlled elsewhere and hence not visible on my end. I'll look into this.
Is there really no fix other than an in-place upgrade? Or are there any other things to potentially try?
