Copy Data from Excel and Paste in SAP

Hi,

I would like to copy data from excel and paste in the SAP in the specific field at a time. will it be possible.
For e.g - Copy Storage location from excel and paste in SAP in same field.
               Copy warehouse no from Excel and paste in SAP in same field.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi Asitabha,

Here I am assuming that you are able to get the cell location of the data you want to copy and you have modeled an object for SAP application.  You can use the Get Cell action in MS Excel VBO to get the cell data and use a write stage to enter the value in the SAP application. 
If my assumption is incorrect then you will first have to first build logic to locate the field you want to copy/update in Excel/SAP and then go about executing them together. Let me know if that helps.

Hi Asitabha,

Yes you can do that.

Get all data into collection from excel using MS excel vbo and you have to use write stage to paste excel collection data into your application field.
