Decipher Error During Installation

Hi,

I am installing Decipher IDP 2.2 in our development environment. So far I have installed all pre-requisites and decipher components. All 4 services are running. 

So far, I have set-up the Decipher binding. But when I launch the Decipher Website, I am getting this error.

Hi,

It looks like you're using Internet Explorer which is not a supported browser for Decipher, have you tried using Edge or Chrome?
If you haven't already, it may be worth raising a support ticket so we can investigate further.

Hi Ben,

I already raised a support ticket and they suggested to reinstall the .Net Framework that we have. It worked! Nonetheless, thanks for your help.
