Hi All,
I have a query regarding document data extraction. I have a scenario where i have got multiple images of ID card present in a single file(May be in first and last page). Will decipher always get the matching template at the first occurence? in this case first page image data of ID Card?
Thanks,
Nandha

Hi Nandha.
Are you using classification to distinguish between the images?
If not, and all of the images are in a single file, I'd expect Decipher to find the first image.

Hi Jack,
We are not using any classification. But my understanding is also to fetch the first image in a file.
Thank you for your response.

Hi Nandhakumar,
If you need to extract data from multiple similar documents/ID cards in a single file, I agree with Jack to train a classification model to separate them.
Training classification models (blueprism.com)
Alternatively you could set the batch to process each separate page of a file as a separate document.
You can find these settings in the online help for the VBO.
Thanks
