Decipher Training Import

Hi everyone,

I am working with Decipher for some details extraction from a PDF file. We have DEV and STG environment for Decipher. When I train the PDF file in DEV, the Decipher can validate all of the files with all data correctly captured.

But when I export the training data from DEV and import it to STG, the same file that correctly captured in DEV is not workable in STG. 

My Questions here are:

1. Why would this happen, as the same file loaded in DEV, all work fines but not in STG

2. The training data that I exported from DEV has 11 td, but when it imported into STG, it only shows 1

Hi @KeiChun ,

were you able to resolve this issue? So far I haven’t faced this problem. May be after importing the TD file to STG, can you download the same TD file and import it back to your DEV and check if you are facing the same issue.
