Hello,
Has anyone else experiencing this using a fresh install of Release 2.4 https://docs.blueprism.com/en-US/bundle/decipher-idp-2-4/page/release-notes/rn-home.htm?
Imported a .btd file and a rules-based .td file exported from Decipher Web Client 2.23.3300
Push a previously known document to Decipher Server 2.45.05120 and zero values are extracted (visible in the middle pane). HOWEVER, you can tab through each field in the middle pane and the CORRECT highlighted box turns orange on the right pane of the document viewer. Additionally, all 7 rows of table data is correctly identified on the right pane. But only a single blank row of table data shows on the middle pane with no values extracted.
If you manually select a SINGLE VALUE in the table; the entire page immediately populates all values correctly - EXCEPT FOR THE SINGLE VALUE that you just selected. Instead of what you manually selected in the table, that specific table cell populates with a table value offset by 6 fields. But the rest of the 28 fields in the table are immediately displayed correctly in the middle pane. When you select that same SINGLE VALUE in the table a second time, then the correct value populates in the middle pane.
Has anyone else experience this before? Our current plan is to double-check our install using this https://docs.blueprism.com/en-US/bundle/decipher-idp-2-4/page/troubleshooting.htm
Thanks in advance,
JD

Hi @JD_CPU ,
Thanks for raising this topic. It's not something we have found during our pre-release testing, so we'd be interested in getting a better understand of this issue.
Please can you raise a support ticket and be sure to attach your batch file (btd), training data and sample documents?
If you're not able to provide any of these items for data security reasons, let us know and we'll see what we can do to replicate the scenario.
Thanks

Thank you, Ben. We started the ticket yesterday and provided all the required files, samples and detailed steps this morning so that support will be able to duplicate the behavior. I'll report back here whatever is uncovered by ticket 310772
Cheers,
JD
