Decipher not able to return value from a region

Hi, I want to ask on why the Decipher was not able to return the value from a region that it detected correctly. But it will be able to get value after I perform the refresh region for 2/ more times and it does always happen on the same file.

At first, Region was correct but, no value returns a blank.

Clicking Refresh Region, can return some value.

For the other files format but signed with the signature, those were able to return some value without any manual interventions.

I am detecting the signature in Text, and not Signature format. I tried to detect them as a Signature format as well, but the problem is I am also using StrictPosition and StrictPositionAnchorText, I found out that if I set it as a Signature format, the field will be always blank, and manual intervention will be needed, resize the region/ refresh region multiple time to get the result.

I think your configuration is fine. Could you try with some different document. I've noticed sometimes it does the extraction fine but, in the UI, does not reflect until you manually refresh it. Like value is there but not visible for a couple of fields.
