Decipher on Chrome Out of Memory Error

Started last week, our end users are experiencing random crash while using Decipher on Chrome.

They received the "Aw, snap" error, and the error code is out of memory. And based on the users, this crash will happen randomly.

Has anyone run into similar issues before?

From your description, it sounds like Chrome is experiencing these out-of-memory issues, but are there any OOM exceptions reported in Blue Prism logs, the Event Viewer logs, or Decipher itself? Have you looked into the available memory on the machine(s) in question when these errors are thrown?
