SKWrapper using ~100% CPU and Memory

Dear Community,

SDKWrapper process is consuming close to 100% of the server CPU and Memory. It was working fine in the morning but in the afternoon it started to consume high resources all of a sudden as if Decipher switched something on. Would you know the reasons why SDKWrapper could be utilising this much CPU and Memory? What functions does it perform?

We are running Decipher 1.2. We don't have ML retraining set of any DFD. There were a few DFDs with ML turned on but we switched them off but still it did not bring the utilisation down. There are around 80 files stuck in verification stage currently.

Dear all,

Would anyone have any clue about this?
Why SDKWrapper.exe could be hogging the server resources to the max limit?

It will be thankful if you could help me in finding answers to this. The Decipher doesn't allow anybody to login when this happens. It is like a random downtime in live instance of Decipher.9694.png

Hi Kalash,

Have you tried restarting the SDK? Or perhaps reinstalling?

I would otherwise recommend raising a support ticket so we can get this looked into by the correct team.

Thanks
