Error 1001 while installing Blue Prism 5.0.32

While installing blue prism 5.0.32 i am getting Error 1001 i.e. System.IO.FileNotFound Exception.
I had blue prism version 5.0.12.I uninstalled that and now when i am installing 5.0.32 its giving error.
Please help.
Kindly refer attached image for exact error.

It should work. Check you are using the right 32 or 64 bit version.

Yes is 64 bit version and my OS is also 64 bit.

OK well as I said, in theory if the machine is good (correct OS, .Net framework etc) then it should just work. I'd recommend raising a support ticket.

I had a similar issue only BluePrism couldn't uninstall Service correctly on Application Service.
I fixed it by clicking ""Repair"" in Windows ""Programs and Features"".
