Error -113 the specified batch is not active

Hi!
lately some users have been randomly receiving these messages and they do not always come out with the same document or with the same batch.
In fact when you click continue, the document is stuck and no one else can touch it unless an admin deletes the batch file.

Hi Marta,
I've never seen that error before, so I'm not sure what could be causing it. My first thought would got to some potential network slowness, especially if it's intermittent.
I would recommend raising a support ticket so we can help you review the application logs and hopefully find a solution.
