Hello,
I haven't been actively browsing the Community pages for quite some time so my feedback comes late. The few times I have been here I used search for to get some information.
Since we ran into the Chromium 153 issue but I couldn't find any recent community posts about problems I thought my search criteria were wrong and I wanted to browse community posts to see what is going on in the big wide world of Blue Prism customers.
Surprisingly I couldn't manage to browse the forum easily. Maybe I am already old and missed the most recent standards of community pages but I was expecting a navigation tree leading me to BPE sub forum. However, there was no menu item related to product related community posts at all.edit: I found the menu point to browse product related posts.
I saw a 'Product Forum' link in the most recently posts on the main page, clicked on it and found a mixed posts about all types of SSnC products. There are labels on the right side of this page:
Blue Prism Enterprise (1)
Blue Prism Enterprise: Design Studio (1)
... no other labels are shown. Maybe the site already filters to my most common topics but what to do when I want to get into a product we recently started to use? And why there seem to be only two posts related to BPE in total?
So I typed 'Blue Prism Enterprise' in the search box and found two entries (one with and one without '(Legacy)') with a few hundred posts. I am not sure if it is a good idea to split the community into two though.
Following the proposed link I eventually got where I wanted, I thought.
However, only the most recent 5 posts or so are shown. To see more I have to scroll down, click 'see more', scroll down, click 'see more' ... to create an endless page I will never be able to continue browsing once I closed this page.
I also don't understand what 'Popular Topics' should be?
All time most viewed topics? Why would a post from 2022 that was important at that time, be of interest in 2026?!
While posts that are currently trending (eg one with 891 views and 17 comments in past three weeks) I have to click manually to find?!
I couldn't find any useful pattern that would let me browse, read, answer, get information from the forum in its current state. This might be me being to much used to old style forum but I guess I won't become active in the community again like I used to be (when I had more time 😞 ) when it is difficult to browse posts.
Any advice on how to navigate community forum is much appreciated 🙂
Regards

Hello, For the recent Chrome/Edge issue, a community post was created, but it was published under the India User Group. The thread is below: https://community.blueprism.com/t5/India-User-Group/Blue-Prism-7-3-1-Unexpected-Warnings-with-Web-Based-Applications/td-p/126232

Thanks for the details and reply.
I am on BP support page only when it is necessary so I don't see changes on the page regularly. The last dozen of times over past months when I was at this support page there always way an orange banner warning about Edge upgrade. I think MV3 changes stayed there for weeks after the topic was not relevant anymore.
To my shame I have to admit I just didn't pay attention to 'orange' + 'Edge' at the front page anymore. It turned into a design element of the page for me.
This post was not about old/new/urgent information although searching for it made me have a closer look at forum page and triggered this post.
I used to (long long time ago it seems) just browse the forum to see what people talk about, what are the problems, how I can support the community. 'just browsing' feels cumbersome now.
On the other hand it seems the number of posts dramatically decreased. I am not sure if this is because the posts are spread across more categories/languages, if there is less activity, ... or customers just contact BP support directly instead of asking community first.
