Error- Launching an application

Hi, 

When i am launching an application in Chrome or Edge showing me, Error - Failed to launch application - The browser extension was not detected, please check that it has been installed and enabled. For more information, see the browser extension user guide.

Chrome Version: 97.0.4692.71
Edge Version: 97.0.1072.55 
Blueprism Version: 7.0.1
Blueprism Extension chrome and Edge version: 7.0.1

I am using trail edition and automatically extensions are enabled, Could you please help me out to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Hi @Kukkadapu Harshavarhan,

Check with the Update button on Extensions menu​. And have you allowed the pop up Yes when you are installing the Trial version ?

Hello Kukkadapu

Could you please check the following points and see if it fixes the issue for you:

1. Try restarting the machine and see if it helps in the browser extension detection.

2. Open the Blue Prism as an administrator
3. Try disabling the antivirus/ firewall (for the testing purpose only) and see if it helps here
