Error after installing new license

Hi Team,

Today I have installed the temporary license of blueprism, where some of my processes like EOD report which only uses Queue data and excel only are working fine.

But the main process that uses other application are not working.

It is giving error – Failed to get effective run mode, Unable to calculate run mode – Object.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

There is an older thread where some recommendations have been given to resolve this error​
