Error in 2.1

Hey team,

I'm observing such error messages intermittently after updating to 2.1

Any idea what is this about and how to fix and stabilize tool?


I checked all the services are running. Alo I restarted all services but still, these errors are not going away.

Hi Tejaskumar,

Is your RabbitMQ installation on the same server as your Decipher Web Client? Installing them on separate servers is not supported at this time.

If they are on the same server, I recommend raising a support ticket to ensure this is looked at by the appropriate team.
