Error in executing process on resource PC

We are getting this error as we try to run process on a resource Pc.. can you let us know what might be causing this? "The requested operation is not permitted, because the license currently in use does not permit it. If you have recently updated your license (using this machine or any other on your network), you may need to log out of Blue Prism and log back in again in order for the change to take full effect."

What does your license allow you to do? Check the license details.

Hi, We are currently getting the same error message although we are having proper licenses installed (multiple). Any update? thanks & regards

Hi, we've had this issue recently (running v5.0.24). I ended up having to restart the DB server, once this was done the licences were recognised.
