The error I’m receiving is, “An error occurred whilst configuring Blue Prism localdb."
I have an account, was emailed a license but have not been asked to input. Can’t get past the error after installation of BluePrism. Icon is on the desktop, it’s when it’s opened the error message is displayed.
my computer meets all requirements.
any help is appreciated. 😀

Please uninstalling the Trial Blue Prism and the Microsoft SQL LOCALDB from your PC and try to reinstall the Trial again.

If you only try re-installing the Trial of Blue Prism, it is normal to keep having the error because the database never gets repair or removed.
