Error while attaching a BO to a new Citrix application window

When I try to attach my created Business Object to a new window (corresponding to an application launched on a Citrix distant server), I have the following error: Error - Failed to launch application - A process with the ID 1404 is not launched. Could any one help me with this please?

I think you would need to raise this with a Lead Developer or your Delivery Enablement Manager at Blue Prism because more details about what you have attempted so far would be required. It could be a timing issue if what you are seeing works when stepping through but not at full speed. It could also be a 32bit/64bit issue so it may be worth experimenting with the Applictation Modeller modes.

Hi Franck, Something seems to be wrong if you are trying to attach to the application and Blue Prism gives you a launch error. Usually, it's easiest to attach to Citrix launched applications with a navigate stage which attaches based on window title.
