Hello, I don't think there is an existing action to lock cells. You can create your own extensions to the excel VBO to add new actions you need (the VBO we provide is extensive but will never cover everything everyone wants) - there is an Excel guide and there is an extending automations with .NET framework datasheet that may help you. I recommend doing an internet search for excel.application and the functionality you want to get an idea of the API commands you might require.
