Today we released version 10.4.0 of the MS Excel VBO on to the Digital Exchange. This version introduces support for Microsoft's Sensitivity Label feature in Workbooks. There are two actions you can leverage if your organization makes use of Sensitivity Labels:
- Get Workbook Sensitivity Label Info - This action will return any existing Sensitivity Label information that's been applied to a specified Workbook
- Set Workbook Sensitivity Label Info - This action is used to set a new Sensitivity Label on a Workbook or change an existing label value. NOTE: This action should be called before you attempt to save a newly created Workbook. Also, if you try to downgrade and existing label, your organization will likely require that you include a justification with your request. There, we've exposed an optional Justification input data item on this action.
