Facing an issue in the blueprism web automation

Hi Blueprism team, i need a help in web automation

Yesterday, my business object which i designed for automation of rpa challenge website was working fine. But now it seems to be not working by throwing an exception like as below

Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'Launch' on page 'Launch' - The browser extension was not detected, please check that it has been installed and enabled. For more information, see the browser extension user guide.

I checked that browser extension is already added in the chrome.

But dont know why this issue comes

Is it a bug?

Please help me to resolve the issue

Hi Nived.

I'm sorry for the late response as I just saw this. Did you get your issue resolved?

If not, did Chrome get updated? I have seen organizations will automatically update Chrome which then caused havoc on the automation because of the issues with Chrome version support.
