How to encrypt mail by DISABLING "do not forward" in outlook.

Hi, 

I need to encrpyt the mail sent by bot using outlook while giving the recipient the persmission to forward the mail sent and be able to download and print the attachments sent. As of now I have enabled encryption using VB scrpit which totally restricting the mail, the recipient is not able to forward or download the attachment. I want to encrypt the mail while allowing the recipient to forward the mail and download the attachment. Please provide some feedback.

What kind of restriction do you want to put up on the mail that is sent. 

From what I understand your VB script is preventing the mail from forwarding and downloading the attachment, shouldn't you be removing it to remove this behaviour?

The VB script is restricting forwarding and downloading attachment along with providing encryption. If we remove it, mails will not remain encrypted which is primary. We need mail excryption also the reciever should be able to forward it.

Mail Restriction we are expecting is as below:
Mail Encryption: Required

Do not forward: Disabled(user should be able to forward)

Attachment: User should be able to download
