Hi,
There could be a few reasons why this is happening, so let's start with the simplest to check.
- Access Blue Prism > System > Settings
- Ensure that the Start a personal Runtime Resource on this machine when users sign in to Blue Prism is checked
- Close all session of Blue Prism
- Open Task Manager
- In the Processes tab, Look for any sessions of Automate.exe; End Task for each of the found sessions
- Open Blue Prism and Sign In
Is the Resource PC available in Control Room (this may take a few seconds to connect and you may need to Refresh Control Room)?
If not, do you see Blue Prism Resource PC in the icon area of the Windows Taskbar?
