Hi Ankit
You are not using the correct format, you need to use Global Send Keys and then <{SHIFT}{F10}>{SHIFT}. You are using shift in quotes as a text item, it's a key on your keyboard with the name of "Shift". If you are still stuck, check out the link Shashank provided above.
BTW there are 2 "shifts" above; the first presses the F10 key, the second one releases it - if you ever forget to release the shift key, you end up with some strange text appearing next time you write any text!!
