IC cant connect to AP

Hello   Need some help here. I am trying to set up my environment, but I can not connect my IC to AP. – BluePrismServer  OS：Windows Server 2016(using work group) – ã‚¤ãƒ³ã‚¿ãƒ©ã‚¯ãƒ†ã‚£ãƒ–クライアント(real PC)  OS：Windws8.1(using domain) connection mode is .NET Remote Secure, checked no security/blocking problem.   Please give some hint or advise, thank you in advance.
