List the data of checked name and unchecked name from pdf

Hello, I have one pdf and i want to get the List of Checked data and list of unchecked data from the pdf with out using image capture. Regards, Priya

The only other option is to capture the PDF content as text (via clipboard or save as txt) and hope the checkboxes values are represented in the text, but I doubt this will be the case.
