We recently changed connection mode from 'WCF: SOAP' to '.NET Remoting: Secure' on the application servers.
We are able to connect directly to these servers without issue on both ports.
We are also able to connect via our F5 load balancer without any reconfiguration.
However, connections are timing out when attempting to connect through our Citrix Netscaler load balancer that was previously working in WCF mode (these are different instances, hence the reason for different load balancers). I looked through the load balancer guide but must have missed a key data point on this configuration.
Has anyone else encountered connectivity issues through load balancers when running '.NET Remoting: Secure' connection mode? We are running Blue Prism v. 6.10.1
Thank you,
Tyler

what is the load balancing method that you have configured on the Citrix NetScaler load balancer? is it least connection or round robin?
