Loading batch issues in Decipher

Hi,
I am new to Decipher, installed it and trying to create batches from BP. I am able to create batches, but these are not reflecting in Data Verification tab when clicking Load batch.

What should I do?

Hello Pravesh,

From your screenshot provided we can see that status of your batch is stuck in "Waiting for Image Processing".
First thing to try would be restart your "Decipher Automated Client Manager" which is running as a service. 
If that won't help I would suggest looking at the user who is assigned for this process, because by default it's generaluser.
