Hi All,
I have configured Blue Prism Log in agent which was working before few days but lately it started throwing below error when I log out ( Blue Prism Runtime Resource) and log in back as (Login Agent Runtime Resource), any specific reason why this issue came up ?

Question :
1. Does it happen to be related to any port or firewall issues ?

Hi, we are having the same issue. We perform a logout and separate user ID login on the same VDI as part of a schedule. We get the error as described intermittently across a number of VDIs. Once the error occurs we are unable to login manually or through subsequent schedules and must restart the VDI.

We are facing the same issue with BP version 6.0. It works intermittently.

We are facing to the same issue as well on BP 6.2 and latest Login Agent.
Login function work not stable and almost time out.
