Hi, did anybody get to work LoginAgent and SSO. As long as I have in the config file it does not connect to my application server. I tried several options inluding setting the Logon Agent service to work with runtime service dedicated account credentials. Regards, Tomek A.

Hi All you need is to integrate with Active Directory. You don't have to add that argument in the configuaration file. Refer to the following document about Active DIrectory Integration: https://portal.blueprism.com/system/files/product/productpublic/5.0/Gov Also refer to the installation guide: https://portal.blueprism.com/system/files/product/productpublic/5.0/Inf Hope it helps.

Hi tjunicho. Unfortunatelly there is something more to be configured. It works out of the box for interactive client but not for runtime resource nor login agent. From the second document. Page 27: ""Use the /SSO switch to authenticate as the logged on user against a single sign-on Blue Prism environment."" Additionally you can take a look at https://portal.blueprism.com/system/files/product/productpublic/5.0/Inf page 9. ""Blue Prism environments configured for Single Sign-on Start-up parameters will need to include /SSO to pass the context of the currently logged in user."" If I do not use this switch and turn off ""Allow anonymous public Runtime Resources"" then login agent cannot connect to the server. If I use /SSO switch then again: login agent cannot connect. Any ideas?

Hi What Blue Prism Version do you use? I think the /SSO switch and anonymous option have been introduced since version 5.0.29. I'm using version 5.0.24 with LoginAgent and it worked. I've never used above 5.0.29. Sorry about that. I'll have time to try the latest version i.e. 5.0.30 sometime. Regards,

Hi, I am in the progress of building my envs and playing around. So this is why I started to test 5.0.30 :) Cheers, Tomek A.

Hi We've been struggling with this for a over fortnight. Our consultant could not get to the bottom of it. We checked event viewer and found an error output by BP saying the the parameter /SSO is unknown. We tried changing the login agent config so that SSO is lower case, this this: It worked! The v6 BP documentation INCORRECTLY says to use uppercase. Hope that helps. cheers
