Loop stage processing one collection item twice

Hi BP team,

I'd like to ask for help regarding Loop stage processing one item of collection twice for no reason.
I'm attaching images of the Log and the process.

Hi There,

Please check the logs carefully, One says "Loop Start" and the other is "Loop End" which logically tries to show you the life cycle of the transaction item (1 Row).

It doesn't process twice.
