MAPI: Unable to save an Email attachment

Hi, When I try to save the attachment to an folder - I am getting error Failure in Get Mail function of Blue Prism Extended MAPI Automation. Failed to save attachment to There is an small .DOCX file that is attached to the email, which I can save manually but it is failing in Blue Prism.

Is there any error present in the System Event Log? Without further info, as Mahesh hinted, I'd assume this was a permissions error. Can you confirm the user the BP client is running under has permission to write/modify that folder? Thank you, -Robin
