The filter expression should be optional. If you fill out the other inputs, it should pull what you're looking for.

Thanks for your reply,

I'm using Get received items(Advance) Action .The filter Expression is Mandatory input there.
And Another inputs like: Sub Folder, Account Display Name and Shared Mailbox are optional and I don't want to use them

Can you help me to find way to get all received emails?

Best Regards,

Hi Jerin,

I tried this filter ,It's give me this error message:
"Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Specified cast is not valid."

FOR: Account Display Name and Shared Mailbox, you only use one.. not both at the same time.

Hi Laila,
if you have more than one mailbox configured on your outlook client outlook VBO cannot identify the profile from which the emails should be read. i had faced this issue before. data type cast error mentioned above seems to be with filter expression, make sure you pass the expression as text

Hi Laila,

Have you tried using "Get Received Items (Basic)" action instead? The main difference between this and the other two variants of "Get Received Items" is that  it does not require any filter expressions.
