Hi,
We have a Mapiex send mail action which works 100% of the time for 2 of 3 Outlook profiles. For the 3rd profile however, it appears to work intermittently (Some days it works and some days it doesn't) where we receive the message "Failure in Send Mail function of Blue Prism Extended MAPI Automation. Failed to send message"
The profile that doesn't work is for a client's group mailbox so we are thinking that someone from the client area has done something on the days it doesn't work.
Has anyone else experienced something similar or can suggest where to look?

Yes , Experienced the same issue.
This got resolved when I re-configured that particular outlook profile from control panel (Control panel-> Mail-> find out your 3rd profile , remove it and add it again with latest credentials)
