Microsoft 365-Outlook- Error while saving .msg attachments

Hi ewilson ,

Hope you are doing well.
We are using Microsoft 365 Outlook VBO to save attachments (Graph API) received via Outlook email. However, we are encountering the following error when trying to save .msg files received as attachments:
Internal: Could not execute code stage because an exception was thrown by the code stage: Column contentBytes does not belong to table attachments.

Upon investigation, we found that the "ContentBytes" field is coming through as a blank value.

We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Personally I've found with Microsoft Outlook VBO intermittent problems that can pop up from time to time normally due to the version of outlook that is being used. First question is if the VBO was working previously? Also has the version of Microsoft Outlook changed?

In the past I've had automations happily working along and then they would just fail. If the version of Microsoft Outlook has changed have you got the most up to date VBO for this?

Something possibly to look into prior to @ewilson comes in with the precise answer as he is a true genius when it comes to Blue Prism.

We have dowloaded latest MS 365 object from DX and that worked for us.

That’s great you might want to lock down application updates so that you can control the outcomes. Your infrastructure team/person can probably help here. 

There was a situation a while back with Edge updating and knocking out automations. Was quickly resolved but did indicate a more controlled approach to application updates.
