@Mohamad DAKKOURI,

Ok. Prior to the release of Blue Prism v7.2, the Automate.exe client was a 32-bit application (even if you used the 64-bit BP installer). Because of that, you would need to use the 32-bit version of the Access Database Engine installer as a 32-bit application can't load/use a 64-bit library.

Cheers,

@Mohamad DAKKOURI,

Are you using the Data - OLEDB VBO from the Digital Exchange or one included with the BP installation? Are you passing in your own connection string or using the default value?

Hi Eric,

I am using VBO from Blue Prism not from Digital Exchange.
I am using my own connection string.

It didnt work yet. I tried a lot of things, but nothing work

@Mohamad DAKKOURI,

What version of Blue Prism are you using? You said you tried installing the Access Database Engine redistributable. Did you use the 32-bit or 64-bit installer for that?
