I recommend looking at several documents on the Blue Prism Portal;

• Azure Architecture Reference Guide
• Cloud Architecture Reference Guide
• Infrastructure Overview Enterprise Edition

I recommend thinking through the SQL database whether you are going to use PaaS or VM based. 

I also recommend thinking through Credentials and Active Directory integration.  These trip people up because they are usually not considered until they are actually installing.
