Not Receiving License For Learning Edition

Hi Everyone!
I hope all is well. After downloading the Blue Prism Learning Edition, I am unable to receive a license. I keep checking my email, both inbox and spam, and I do not have it. I have also checked forums, and saw that a common response from the Blue Prism Team was to request a license from the Digital Exchange. I do not see an option to do that. This is my first time downloading the Learning Version, as well as the first time trying to request a license.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

The trial licenses are generated via digital worker so the time it takes to send out can vary but generally within 10 minutes. If you aren't seeing the license in your inbox or spam folder within 24 hours, please whitelist the email coedigital.worker@blueprism.com and request the license again. You can also reach out to support at DXSupport@blueprism.com and they can assist.
