OCR Internal Fail : File Exist

Hy Everyone, Each time i try to execute the read stage with 'Read Text With OCR' on a region, BP returns me back a popup with a message saying "Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Read Stage 'Name of the Stage' on page 'Name of the Page' - Le fichier existe" (in English : 'The File Exist' ). When I execute the same process from an other computer it works fine, until this error occur from nowhere and then no OCR is working anymore. Thank you for your help.

The file to which the error refers is a temporary one. To solve this, in a Windows explorer type this path %userprofile%\appdata\local Delete all files that appear on it. You probably can not delete some of them but it does not matter. I do not know the exact reason why it is produced, but, in my case, it reproduces when I make intensive use of OCR
