Options to trigger a process

can we trigger a process when a mail is received and if yes then how,and please suggest if there is any other option to trigger a process.

If the process is already running and watching the inbox, then yes. There needs to be 'something' watching the inbox and reacting to incoming mail.

One more way is via Command prompt. Set up a rule to execute the batch file once u receive email. In  batch file, use automatec.exe to run the process on blueprism.  You can also extract process name from email and pass it to batch file. I have implemented this for one of my project, Please let me know if u have any doubts on this.
