POP3 Server Error

Hi All, While using "Get message" action of object "Email-POP3/SMTP" I'm getting the following 2 errors: A) Server not available. B)Server did not respond with a + response. Have anyone faced these issues? I'm using port 110 and 443.My network team says that the ports are open. Regards, Ravinder Saini

Hi Ravinder, have you check if you put the correct server address, user, password? Any virus scanner software running?

Ravinder, I'm receiving the same set of errors following a migration to Exchange Server 2016. Do you know if the Blue Prism 'Email - POP3/SMTP' VBO is compatible with Exchange Server 2016? I understand that MAPI is not supported which will exclude the use of MAPIEx VBO, but I'm not sure if 'Email - POP3/SMTP' relies on MAPI protocol. Any information pertaining to this issue would be helpful.
