Profesionnal Developer Certificate - Pearson Account

Hello,

I am facing an issue while trying to book an appointment to take the test for the professional developer certificate. This certificate requires me to have already passed the Developer certificate, which I have already passed. However, I took the previous exam using a Pearson account associated with my previous employer's email address, which I no longer have access to.

How can I add my old certificates to my Pearson account so that I can take the professional developer test?

Hello Najoua, 

Just write an email to support@blueprism.com asking to update your new email ID against your orginal Blue Prism account by simply mentioning that you currently do not have access to your last email Id from the employer as you moved out to different organisation and you are unable to login or activate the profile.

Provide a new personal email id or any id you have on you.

They will do an update your new email Id for you to login back to your old original profile.
