Reader stage - 'Read Image'

I've had a number of process's running successfully for months and months, the other day we had to upgrade the citrix client on the PC's to Citrix version 12 (from citrix version 11) to support 256bit encryption used by the system we are integrating with, since then im getting the below errors "ERROR: Internal : Read stage 'Get Current OK button': failed to perform read number 1 - Unable to match any windows with the query terms" Its only the reader stage where the data is 'Read Image' that's started flagging errors, looking in application modeller the window text is generic with a wildcard match. I need to step through the code, but was wondering if its a know issue etc? We are currently running 4.1.20.0 Regards Rob

I think retro testing on a test sandbox PC should be done for any kind of application or environment upgrade. It is possilble that a different version of Citrix is presenting the applictions in a different way (i.e. slightly different colours).
