Hey Barbora, I hope you are doing well today.

This issue in particular is not caused directly by Blue Prism, but instead this issue is coming from Excel and displaying within Blue Prism.

Here is a KB article we have about it. It is a somewhat generic Excel error so it will require further digging on the Excel side of things. I hope this info helps some!

Looking at your screenshot, it appears you are separating your parameters in the Excel Concatenate function with a semi-colon. Parameters in Excel formula functions should be separated with a comma.

Hi @Barboraurbinova,

It seems the formula is incorrect. The correct formula should be "=CONCATENATE(A2,B2)" i.e. comma should be used instead of semi-colon. Also, if you want to perform drag and drop functionality as well, you can refer below youtube video:

Hi Manpe,
Thank you so much for your suggestion and you are absolutely right BUT in my excel there is a setting like that and I have to use semicolons instead of coma.
As manually, when I'm writing this formula in excel with semicolons, it's working perfectly fine.
But when trying with BP then the same error appears as I shared.

@Barbora urbinova,

Then your regional setting would have a list separator value of ";". Unfortunately, working through COM you would have to treat it as having a setting of "," because the regions settings are ignored. It should translate it automatically once it gets to the Excel worksheet.
