Release lock

Hi All,

I'm getting the below error when running the process. Process was running pretty good from long time in prod.

Can someone explain me why I got the below error. Thanks in advance.

Best to raise a ticket with Support Vijay. If the process hasn't changed then the issue may be due to database performance.

That error is related to the Environment Locking actions. When you call Acquire Lock, it returns a token, which must be used when you call Release Lock. I would guess that the process did something that caused it to call Release Lock with the wrong token. It's also possible if the lock was released manually via the System -> Environment Locks tab in Blue Prism while the process was still running, something else could have taken the lock, which would result in that error message.
