Hi,
How can retired objects/processes be removed entirely (or archived outside of the environment)?
One of the reasons we would like to "clean up" the environment is because retired objects/processes still show up when making use of the "find references" functionality.
Thanks in advance!

You can delete process/objects if they do not have any log data, and you can archive or delete log data in System > Archiving

Hi
I'm wondering about this too. We have some processes that are no longer required. We'd like to ensure that they cant be used without authorisation (for security reasons if nothing else) but ideally would be able to reinstate the process if they were ever needed again. Maybe saving the processes locally is the best option here?

Hi Ed - yes one way would be to export them as files to a safe place. Then delete/archive the logs associated with those processes, then delete the processes. Having said that, the next version of BP will provide a mechanism for controlling access to groups of processes (and objects and resources) so you could create a 'Do not touch' zone
