Reset all Data Items

Hey all, Is it possible to reset all data items and collections in a process without pressing the reset button? Is there some sort of action that can do this? Cheers,

Check the process templates available on the Portal and you'll see a Reset Global Data page. Just put all your data items in a page that has the Start stage linked to the End stage and tick the ""Reset to initial value when whenever this page runs"" checkbox for each data item or collection

You can also create multiple pages and group particular data items together. e.g. Reset Global Counter Data Items, Reset Global Form Data Items etc. Alternatively you can use a multiple calculation stage to change the value of items to """" or 0, basically whatever the initial value was. - Tom
