Resource is too busy to run the process, but nothing running on the resource

Hi, 

I am using Blue Prism Learning Edition 7.3 for training purpose. 

I had published a process to control room and I was able to run it from there without any issues, but suddenly started showing  popup -XYZ-LAP-000 is too busy to run that process-. I am not able to see any processes running/pending in the specified resource, but it is showing 1 pending in the Resources section.

May I know the reason for it? Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi @DipinDevP looking at the controller it looks like you have the filter applied for 'Today', have you checked if there are other pending processes that are not sitting waiting from an earlier date?

You are right. 'Today' filter was the issue 🙂 !
